The three-day summer concert evokes the spirit of the Woodstock festival that took place in 1969.
Organized by the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity, a nonprofit foundation dedicated to raising money for children's health, the festival kicked off in 1995, free of charge, as a way to thank the group's volunteers.
Now according to its organizers, close to half a million music fans from all over the world attended this year's event.
A battle of the bands is organized prior to the festival, and the winners are given a chance to perform. This year, the concert featured performances by Polish, British, German and American rock bands.
Woodstock Stop is said to be the largest noncommercial open-air rock event in Europe.
